Jack Quinn epitomizes the ugliest of all the qualities most Americans have grown to hate in corrupt, integrity lacking and truth challenged lawyers. Today, February 8, 2001 Quinn brought his disgraceful money driven act to the toilet bowl of the United States House of Representitives, to vomit his bile on all the decent citizens of our beloved country in defense of the indefensible and reprehensible Clinton quid pro quo pardon of a multi-billionaire Democrat fugitive who has renounced his United States citizenship!
A lying Clinton cronie by any other name, could tell no truth nor smell no worse; as Eric Holder, former Deputy Attorney General of the Bill Clinton's most corrupt Department of Justice in the history of the United States of America, run by Janet Reno ( Waco ), added his blatant bald faced lies to those of Jack Quinn. Holder is the worst form of Democrat political operative in so-called justice department clothing imaginable, as he looks the other way in regards to extreme crimes while doing the bidding of his unholy Living God Pharoah Bill Clinton, in a last minute harvest of piles of dirty money from the fields of broken dreams which used to be the rule of law in America!
These two, Holder and Quinn, have, I believe, conspired to get FBI ten most wanted list fugitive and bordering on treasonous trader with Iran during the embassy hostage crisis, Marc Rich a pardon for crimes he never had his day in court for. I believe Jack Quinn was hungry for money, as he never denied that he could bill Rich for whatever he deemed as a fee or fees in the future and was taking advantage of his White House counsel position in typical Clinton/DNC/Democrat ' Quinn pro quo ' political influence corruption du'jour style. I think Eric Holder wanted power and he was eager to be appointed as United States Attorney General should Al Gore win the presidential election and continue the DIRTYcRAT REIGN AND PARADE OF ROTTEN ROUGES into Washington!
Both Holder and Quinn did their own versions of the now familiar and infamous words parsing routines associated with Slick Willie Clinton, Darth Kendal and Jabba The Ruff; where they never directly answer the questions, nor deny the accusations, but avoid telling the truth at all costs. Remember, that sickly expression on Bill Clinton's face during his White House deposition during impeachment? Holder and Quinn didn't look quite as bad, but they were blatantly lying and they knew that we all knew they were as well!
Holder had to or mistakenly admitted, " In 1999 Jack Quinn contacted me about Marc Rich ". He further admitted that in, " November 21, 2000 I had a meeting with Quinn and one of his clients ". He was quick to add though, " I have no recollection of that conversation ". This guy is a real piece of work, as he seems to have more in common with the criminals than the law enforcement officers of the Justice Department! He offered as an excuse for either his inaction to tell the New York area Justice Department officials of the pending pardon and conscious action of not advising the President ( yeah right ) on the particulars of the Rich case ( like he didn't know? ), " I did not think the pardon request would be granted, given his ( Rich's ) fugitive status ".
Chairman Dan Burton went around and around with Holder trying to get him to tell the truth, but he got only the now familiar words parsing puke. Finally getting Holder to admit he saw Quinn's file on Marc Rich, Burton asked, " Did you review the file "? Holder replied glibbly, " No ". This is so sick, man; the guy gets the file, admits he saw the file, but then contends he never opened it? If you believe that baloney, I got a bridge around here to sell you, real cheap!
Holder then summed the political corruption of the Clinton administration Department of Justice with this possible Freudian slip on how he felt about the pardonning of Rich, he was, " Neutral but leaning towards it if there are foreign policy benefits "? This is powerful politicalization of an agency supposedly designed to dispense justice and not political influence!
Like RATS IN A MAZE, Jack Quinn and Eric Holder squirmed and avoided a question asked by Burton on Quinn possible helping Holder get the nomination for Attorney General under a future Gore administration. First there was only one meeting between Quinn and Holder when they discussed his possible nomination as United States Attorney General, but then another Freudian slip by Holder created still another one, to be then denied?
Reverting to Democrat defense attorney, Representitive Henry Waxman waned and did Eric Holders floors and Jack Quinn's windows ( to the sole ), saying as an excuse, " The actions taken fell through the cracks ".
Quinn then did the old, " He ( Holder ) commented on the application, not the application itself ", routine. Remember, Holder said he saw the document but he didn't review it ( yeah right, sure whatever ). These guys can't possibly think even the dirtiest of DIRTYcRATS buy this circular arguement balogna ( no offense to Oscar Meyer )? OH NO, IT'S THE OLD MEANING OF THE WORD ' IS ' ROUTINE, REVIVED YET AGAIN!
Even Democrat Representitive Paul Kanjorski agreed with the GOP's Bob Barr, who had numerous damning documents which both Holder and Quinn were not able to completely explain. This agreement between those two is an extremely rare occurence indeed!
RAT Delegate Eleanor Holmes Norton joined fellow Black Caucus member and ' DNC uber alles ', the end justifies whatever means imaginable hack Elijah Cummings in rationalizing the rodent antics of the last days of the Clinton Administration, which I believed most closely resembled Hitler having his 1945 birthday bash in the old Berlin Bunker. Showing none, Holmes was, " outraged at this mistake ". I am outraged at the Democrats constantly thinking the American people will swallow the " mistake " excuse over and over again, like Monica Lewinsky gulps!
Keeping with his excuse/mantra, Eric Holder wanted to dip into, " foreign policy ", repeatedly bringing up this red herring, thus illustrating for even the most deaf, dumb and blind Democrats in the studio audience the extreme politicalization of the Justice Department ( and I use that term lightly ) under Clinton and the DIRTYcRATS!
Dan Burton, finished, " The President knew those things when he granted the pardon ".
It should not be unobvious to anyone that Bill Clinton accepted money to pardon a criminal, as Marc Rich's wife Denise Rich has refused to testify in front of the committe and plead the Fifth Amendment ( Remember, that's the one that allows guilty criminals not to testify against themselves in an incriminating manner. )!
